Creamy Egg Salad

Classic egg salad that comes together in minutes with hard-boiled eggs & simple hearty ingredients the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS Yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup Finely diced onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Finely diced celery (optional)
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Optional: Dill or parsley for color (fresh or dried)

Method
 

  1. Chop eggs and place in large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well & chill before serving.

Notes

This recipe is very very forgiving. You can really adjust these ingredients to your liking. This is a great way to use up all of those farm fresh eggs. Egg salad sandwiches for lunch are always a favorite with our kids. Enjoy! 🙂
