Gluten Free Pizza
A quick, delicious dough made from gluten free flour. Crispy, tasty & topped with your favorite toppings!
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Dough will be very sticky; wetting hands lightly will prevent sticking while working with the dough.
- Leave dough in the bowl, cover & let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- While the dough rises, preheat the oven to 425F & oil (2) 12 inch pizza pans OR (1) 16 inch pizza pan; set aside.
- Place dough in the center of the prepared pizza pan(s). (If making (2) 12 inch pizzas, first divide the dough in half.)
- Using your hands, press dough to cover the pizza pan. Using a rolling pin did not work well for me, I found using my hands and continuously dipping them in water allowed me to evenly spread the dough over the whole pizza pan.
- Bake without toppings for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cover with your favorite sauce, cheese & toppings.
- Bake for an additional 15-18 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
- Makes (2) 12 inch pizzas or (1) 16 inch pizza. Enjoy!

Notes
This pizza crust freezes well & can be stored up to 1 month. Once dough has risen, wrap in plastic wrap or freezer safe plastic bag. The day before you want to use the dough, transfer to the refrigerator to defrost. Day of use, let dough come to room temperature & then shape on pizza pan as directed. 🙂
