Gluten Free Biscuits & Gravy
Fluffy gluten-free biscuits served warm and smothered in a rich, savory milk gravy. Cozy, hearty, and a classic comfort food!
Method
Biscuits
- Bake a batch of gluten-free biscuits. Use Tina's recipe below in the notes. 🙂
Gravy
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the cornstarch (or arrowroot powder) and whisk until a thick paste forms.
- Slowly start whisking in the milk, whisking continuously.
- Once the milk is added, let it simmer until it starts to thicken. Whisking continuously.
- Whisk in your salt and pepper.
- Finally, is using, add in your ground sausage.
- Serve the homemade country gravy over a biscuit topped with scrambled eggs and enjoy!
