Gluten Free Chili

A hearty, flavorful dish the whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients
  

GF Chili Seasoning Mix Ingredients
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cuman
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 TBS Chili powder
Other Ingredients
  • 1 Serving of chili seasoning mix
  • 1 lb Ground meat of choice (or cubed beef)
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 Can Kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 Can black beans (drained & rinsed)
  • Broth of choice to add liquid to the chili until desired consistency is reached
  • Toppings of choice; diced onions, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, etc.
  • 1 cup Corn (optional)

Method
 

  1. Brown meat in pot & drain fat.
  2. Stir in chili seasoning mix & the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with toppings as desired. Enjoy!
