Gluten Free Chili
A hearty, flavorful dish the whole family will enjoy!
Ingredients
GF Chili Seasoning Mix Ingredients
- 2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Cuman
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 TBS Chili powder
Other Ingredients
- 1 Serving of chili seasoning mix
- 1 lb Ground meat of choice (or cubed beef)
- 1 Can diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 Can Kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 Can black beans (drained & rinsed)
- Broth of choice to add liquid to the chili until desired consistency is reached
- Toppings of choice; diced onions, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, etc.
- 1 cup Corn (optional)
Method
- Brown meat in pot & drain fat.
- Stir in chili seasoning mix & the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with toppings as desired. Enjoy!
