Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix dry ingredients together. Then add wet ingredients & mix well.
- Scoop batter into cupcake pan & bake 18-20 minutes.
- While cupcakes are baking, mix icing ingredients together.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before icing. Enjoy!
Notes
Sometimes I add more lime juice than the recipe calls for to the icing because I like my icing to taste LIMEY! :) It's a flexible recipe so you can totally adjust to your taste. I like to slice some limes and add to the top of each cupcake to garnish.
