Gluten Free Meatloaf

A hearty, classic meatloaf made with gluten-free ingredients, baked until tender and flavorful.

Ingredients
  

GF Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tsp Dried mustard
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1-1/2 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
Other Ingredients
  • 1 Recipe meatloaf seasoning
  • 2 lbs Ground meat of choice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Slices gluten free bread, crumbled or 1/4 cup dried gluten free bread crumbs If I don't have GF bread, I just grind up 1/4-1/2 cup of dried oats
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients (except ketchup) in large bowl. Place mixture in loaf pan or baking dish.
  2. Spread ketchup over top and bake at 375F for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is easily converted into a regular gluten meatloaf. You can just use regular bread crumbs in your mixture instead of gluten free. :)
