Gluten Free Meatloaf

A hearty, classic meatloaf made with gluten-free ingredients, baked until tender and flavorful.
Ingredients
GF Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
- 2 tsp Dried mustard
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1-1/2 tsp Dried basil
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
Other Ingredients
- 1 Recipe meatloaf seasoning
- 2 lbs Ground meat of choice
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Slices gluten free bread, crumbled or 1/4 cup dried gluten free bread crumbs If I don't have GF bread, I just grind up 1/4-1/2 cup of dried oats
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
Method
- Mix all ingredients (except ketchup) in large bowl. Place mixture in loaf pan or baking dish.
- Spread ketchup over top and bake at 375F for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Notes
This recipe is easily converted into a regular gluten meatloaf. You can just use regular bread crumbs in your mixture instead of gluten free. 🙂
