Method
- Chop everything up & place in a bowl.
- Juice your lime, sometimes I use the whole lime, just add juice to taste :)
- Salt & pepper to taste, mix well & place in the fridge to chill prior to eating.
- Serve on top of your favorite dish & enjoy!

I usually double this recipe so we have leftovers for another meal. We love to eat this pineapple salsa over grilled salmon on a bed of white rice! :)
