Method
- Add everything to a bowl and mix well.
- Form 4 patties. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Cook in a skillet with butter (or on a BBQ) over medium heat. 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temp 125F-130F for juicy, 140F if you prefer firmer).
- Rest for five minutes before serving.
- Mix your sauce ingredients together well in a small bowl and chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to eat! :)
