Rustic Salmon Patties
Rustic, pan seared cakes made with flaky salmon and simple ingredients-crisp on the outside, tender inside, and perfect for an easy, wholesome meal.

Ingredients
Salmon Patties
- 1-1/2 lbs Fresh salmon, skin and bones removed, cut into small chunks
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Gluten free flour (or 1/3 cup almond flour or panko)
- 2 TBS Red or green onion, finely minced
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1 TBS Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dried dill (or 1 TBS fresh dill)
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Simple Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayo (or greek yogurt)
- 1 TBS Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Pinch Fresh (or dried) dill
Method
- Add everything to a bowl and mix well.
- Form 4 patties. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Cook in a skillet with butter (or on a BBQ) over medium heat. 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temp 125F-130F for juicy, 140F if you prefer firmer).
- Rest for five minutes before serving.
- Mix your sauce ingredients together well in a small bowl and chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to eat! 🙂
