Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter cookies, a family favorite!
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix ingredients in a bowl & roll together into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Gently press lightly with a fork to make the classic peanut butter criss cross.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool on a cooling rack.

The chocolate chips make a wonderful addition to these cookies. They taste like Reese’s peanut butter cups! 🙂
