Gluten Free Ranch Spaghetti
5 from 2 votes
A delicious twist to traditional spaghetti! Enjoyed with ranch dressing versus spaghetti sauce, it's a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground meat (We prefer beef or lamb)
- 1 pack Gluten free spaghetti noodles (or regular if not gluten sensitive)
- 1 Green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Medium onion (diced)
- Ranch dressing to taste (You can buy ranch dressing at the store. We prefer to make our own ranch with the Hidden Valley ranch dressing packets you can find at the store) This will be drizzled over top of your dish to taste.
- 1-2 TBS Olive oil
- Salt/pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Method
- Bring a pot of water to a boil for your noodles. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat 1-2 TBS of olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat, add the onions and bell peppers. Cook for a few minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Push onions & bell peppers to the side & add your ground meat. Season with salt/pepper & garlic powder, cook until the meat is cooked through. Once cooked, mix well to combine with the onions & bell peppers.
- Once noodles have been cooked & strained, add them back to the pot & add your meat mixture to the noodles. Stir well to combine.
- Dish your spaghetti & drizzle ranch dressing over top as desired & enjoy!

Notes
This dish was served to Joe during Army bootcamp. He was very fond of it. When he suggested this recipe to me, I had my doubts! Spaghetti with ranch?! Ya don’t say. It didn’t sound very appetizing. However, I was pleasantly surprised & it’s been a family favorite for many years. Plus it’s a quick & easy recipe that fills the tummy! 🙂

We are going to try this out. Thanks for sharing!
Tina,
I am going to try to cook this for my husband and see if he might like it. I will let you know what he says about it. Thanks for sharing your life with all of us. Here in the lower 48.
I made this after watching your video. It is so easy to make. My boyfriend doesn’t eat tomato products because they hurt his stomach. We both lived this after trying it. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe.
